When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• • Your trade type

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Why we collect it

We use your details solely to follow up about your free demo and discuss how Northern Strata can help your business. We will not use your details for any other purpose without your permission.

Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests — we have a genuine business reason to respond to enquiries submitted directly to us.

Who sees your data

Your enquiry is received by Northern Strata only. We use Tally.so to power our contact form — they act as a data processor on our behalf and are GDPR compliant. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

How long we keep it

We retain your contact details for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
